All services are subject to a separate service agreement or work order signed between Elysian False Ceiling and the client. The terms of that agreement govern the specific scope, timeline, cost, and deliverables of each individual project.
5. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Elysian False Ceiling are based on the information and requirements shared by the client at the time of enquiry or site visit. Quotations are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
- Subject to revision if the scope of work changes after the quotation has been issued
- Exclusive of any additional work requested after the project has commenced, which will be quoted and agreed upon separately
- Based on current material costs and may be subject to revision if there are significant changes in material prices between the quotation date and project commencement
All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. We are committed to transparent pricing — any revision to an agreed quote will only happen with your prior knowledge and written consent.
6. Payments
Payment terms for Elysian False Ceiling projects are as follows:
- A mutually agreed advance payment is required before project commencement
- Subsequent payments are milestone-based as outlined in the individual project agreement
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client sign-off
- All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other agreed payment methods
- Delayed payments may result in a pause in project work until outstanding amounts are cleared
- We do not accept cash payments above amounts permitted under applicable Indian law
Receipts and invoices will be provided for all payments. Please retain these for your records.
7. Project Execution and Timelines
Elysian False Ceiling is committed to delivering every project on time and to the agreed standard. However, please note the following:
- Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work and are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions, material availability, or client-requested changes
- Any changes to the scope of work after project commencement may affect the timeline and will be communicated to the client promptly
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to material supply disruptions, extreme weather conditions, access restrictions, or client-side delays
- The client is responsible for ensuring unobstructed site access during agreed working hours
We will always communicate proactively if any timeline adjustments are necessary.
8. Warranty and Defects
Elysian False Ceiling stands behind the quality of our work and offers the following warranty terms:
- All false ceiling installations are covered by a structural warranty for a period as specified in the individual project agreement
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and structural integrity under normal use conditions
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, water leakage from external sources, natural disasters, or acts of God
- Any warranty claims must be reported to us in writing within the warranty period
- We will assess all warranty claims promptly and carry out necessary remedial work at no additional charge where the claim is valid
Material warranties are subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturers.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made before project commencement and before any materials have been procured will be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment minus any design or consultation fees incurred
- Cancellations made after materials have been procured will be subject to deduction of material costs already incurred
- Cancellations made after project work has commenced will be subject to deduction of all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation including materials, labour, and overheads
- Refunds where applicable will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@elysianfalseceiling.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including but not limited to text, images, design concepts, project photographs, logos, graphics, and videos is the intellectual property of Elysian False Ceiling and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit is permitted.
Any design concepts, drawings, or 3D visualizations created by our team for your project remain the intellectual property of Elysian False Ceiling until full payment for the project has been received.
11. Client Responsibilities
As a client engaging Elysian False Ceiling for services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements, site conditions, and preferences
- Ensure safe and timely access to the project site during agreed working hours
- Inform us of any existing structural issues, water leakage problems, or other site conditions that may affect the project
- Obtain any necessary approvals, permissions, or NOCs required for the work from your housing society, building management, or relevant authorities
- Review and approve design proposals, material selections, and quotations in a timely manner to avoid project delays
- Make payments as per the agreed payment schedule
Elysian False Ceiling is not responsible for delays or issues arising from the client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elysian False Ceiling shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with our services
- Any damage to property or personal injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Any inaccuracies in information provided on our website, which is offered for general informational purposes only
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
