A couple renovating their Sarjapur Road apartment wanted their master bedroom ceiling to look more refined than the builder's bare plaster, but an earlier POP contractor had left an uneven surface that made painting directly onto it impractical.
Installed VOX wood-finish ceiling panels on a new GI framework, skimming 55mm from the original ceiling. The tongue-and-groove system ensured a completely flat finished surface without any preparation of the original damaged plaster.
The bedroom ceiling now has a warm, consistent oak-toned finish that pairs well with the furniture. The uneven plaster is completely hidden, and the couple saved the cost of a full re-plaster before painting.
