Both bathrooms in a Bannerghatta Road 2BHK had cracked and stained wall tiles from years of use. Re-tiling would require full demolition of existing tiles, creating significant dust and waste in an occupied apartment.
Installed PVC marble-finish wall panels directly over the existing tiles using construction adhesive, eliminating demolition entirely. Panels were cut to accommodate existing fittings, and new trim profiles created clean finished edges at doorways and ceiling junctions.
Both bathrooms have a completely refreshed appearance with zero demolition waste and minimal disruption to the occupants. The marble-finish PVC panels are indistinguishable from tile at a conversational distance and clean more easily than the original grouted surface.
